Online Therapy

If you’re struggling at the moment to keep your mental health in a good state, you’re not alone. From our personal experience, we learn best through other people’s strength, experience and hope. We’re offering online therapy sessions for kids, teens and adults. 5 people maximum per group. Children need to be 8 years and older and we will be doing Art Therapy in children/teen groups. Groups are run by: Nikki Goldman Stroh – a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Read more about her training here. We’re also aware lots of us are struggling financially. For every online group we’re hosting we’re offering one free group to those who can’t afford therapy. We all need help at the moment…so please don’t hesitate to contact us regardless of your financial position. In each group, there are some ground rules. It’s confidential and no-one knows each other, you can also choose to turn off the video screen if that makes you more comfortable. These groups are not to discuss news around COVID-19 …

Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies are a staple at Christmas time as far as I’m concerned. I’ve been using the same recipe for years and it always gets rave reviews. I usually double the recipe so I can get twice as many cookies out of it. The best part about gingerbread is that it keeps for a while and thus can be made ahead of time. This year I made a ton of cookies for our Santa event, I particularly liked the mini gingerbread men because they can be used in so many different ways. You could string them for garland on your tree or use them as cupcake toppers.
