Easy Peasy Focaccia (I promise)

Have you ever wanted to try making focaccia but thought it was a daunting, time consuming task? Well, fear not, this recipe here is not only easy but quick to make. Our teen cooking class was able to finish the bread in under an hour and it was absolutely delicious. Ingredients 2 3⁄4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white sugar 1 (1/4 ounce) packet active dry yeast 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon oregano 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil 1 dash pepper 1 cup warm water (105-115 degrees) 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes – halved 1 handful of basil – chopped 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar 2 tbsp of olive oil  Directions Mix the yeast and water in a small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes (until bubbles begin to form). In large bowl, stir together flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, and black pepper.
